The vibrations aim to lead you into a state of relaxation, shutting off your body’s fight-or-flight response and inducing higher states of consciousness and healing.

Contraindications;
Not suitable for people with epilepsy. Sound healing is not advised in the first timester of pregnancy .Please do not attend if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
What to bring:
Please bring something comfortable to lie on, a blanket and a pillow. Bring an eyemask if you feel you will need one.
As the session begins, you’ll be encouraged to relax and let go of any tension, then I will play the Tibetan Singing Bowls and the vibrations from these instruments will envelop you, creating a cocoon of sound.
The sounds will wash over you, inviting a state of deep relaxation. and releasing energetic blockages. You might experience vivid imagery, memories, or emotions as you listen to the sounds, you may feel emotions rising to the surface, which is a natural part of the process. Whatever arises is perfectly okay, allow your feelings to come and go. There’s no right or wrong experience.
As the vibrations can be felt throughout the body, some people report sensations like tingling, warmth, or energy shifts, time can seem to stretch or become irrelevant.
Toward the end of the session, I will gently bring you back to the present and you will have time to integrate the experience and feel grounded.
Remember that everyone’s experience is unique. Some people feel deeply moved, while others simply enjoy the soothing sounds. Allow yourself to be open and receptive, and let the vibrations guide you on your inner journey.
Aftercare :
After a sound bath, it's helpful to to take some time to rest and integrate the experience.
✨Drink plenty of water after a sound bath. Hydration helps your body process and integrate the energetic shifts that may have occurred during the session.
✨Avoid alcohol as it can interfere with the subtle energy balance achieved during the session.
✨Give yourself time to rest and relax. The soothing vibrations can continue to work on your system even after the session ends.
✨Pay attention to how you feel. Some people report feeling deeply relaxed, while others may experience emotional releases. Both are normal responses.
✨Sound baths can be powerful, so avoid immediately engaging in intense activities or situations. Give yourself space to absorb the experience.
